Shipping Policy

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Metro cities: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: usually 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote pincodes can take a little longer during festive weeks.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Below ₹999, a delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your pincode and is capped at ₹198.
• Cash on delivery is available on selected pincodes and may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout.

You'll receive an email with your order number as soon as we confirm it, and tracking details once your parcel leaves our atelier. You can also check the status any time on our track order page.

Need to change your address? Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it if the parcel hasn't shipped. If a courier attempts delivery three times without success, the parcel returns to us and we refund the order value to your D'ishq wallet or original payment method.

We currently ship within India only. For international gifting, message us at d.ishqjewels@gmail.com and we'll quote a courier for you.
